Abstract

ในช่วงเวลาโครงการ (กรกฎาคม 2562 – มีนาคม 2563) ที่ปรึกษาฯ ได้ดำเนินงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือการปฏิบัติงานของสำนักงานฯ ทั้งการสนับสนุนข้อมูลทางวิชาการและการสนับสนุนผ่านทางจัดกิจกรรม ได้แก่ 1. ข้อมูลด้านวิชาการ ที่ปรึกษาฯ ได้ศึกษาและจัดทำรายงานทางวิชาการได้แก่รายงานการศึกษา สถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม เขตอุตสาหกรรม หรือพื้นที่ที่เป็นศูนย์กลางอุตสาหกรรมที่มีศักยภาพ โดยเฉพาะที่รัฐบาล ท้องถิ่น ให้การส่งเสริมโอกาสและลู่ทางในการชักจูงการลงทุน รวมถึงโอกาส และลู่ทางในการส่งเสริมการลงทุนจากไทยไปยังมณฑลและพื้นที่ที่เป็นเป้าหมาย จำนวน 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ มณฑลกุ้ยโจว, มณฑลยูนนาน และมหานครฉงชิง รวมถึงจัดทำข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับนโยบาย Made in China 2025 โดยมีข้อมูลแผนยุทธศาสตร์ระยะต่าง ๆ กลยุทธ์การผลักดัน อุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายและข้อมูลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. การสรุปข่าวสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปรับเปลี่ยนกฎระเบียบที่กระทบต่อการลงทุน ความเคลื่อนไหว ทางเศรษฐกิจของจีน 8 ครั้ง 3. จัดพิมพ์ Newsletter ฉบับภาษาจีน เพื่อเผยแพร่ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนในประเทศไทยให้แก่ บริษัทเอกชนไทยและจีน ธนาคาร สถานทูตและสถานกงสุลจีนประจำประเทศไทยรวมทั้ง สมาคมต่าง ๆ พร้อมกัน ที่ปรึกษาฯ ยังได้ช่วยเหลือ BOI ในการแปลเอกสารแผ่นพับ PPT ใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ประเทศไทย 4. พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ของ China Information Center (CIC) ให้สะดวกต่อในการแก้ไขและปรับปรุง ระบบ และให้เว็บไซต์ใหม่นี้รองรับการใช้งานทุก Device เช่น Desktop, Laptop, Mobile และ Tablet 5. จัดหาล่ามภาษาไทย-จีน และล่ามภาษาอังกฤษ-จีน เพื่อทำหน้าที่ล่าม ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลและคำปรึกษาแก่คณะผู้แทนภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่เข้ามาลงทุนในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเข้ามาสอบถาม หารือ ตลอดจนชี้แจงโครงการเพื่อขอรับการส่งเสริมการลงทุน ณ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน สำนักงานใหญ่และศูนย์บริการ OSOS รวมทั้งสิ้น 116 งาน 6. จัดการให้ล่ามอาวุโสมาช่วยเป็นล่ามในงานสำคัญ 10 งานทั้งในและต่างประเทศ 7. แปลเอกสารสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนจำนวน 300 หน้า During the project period (July 2019 - March 2020), the team carried out various tasks to support and assist the operation of BOI office in both academic support and back office support through activities: 1. In terms of academic support, the team had studied and produced 4 academic reports on 3 targeted provinces of China, namely, Guizhou Province, Yunnan Province and Chongqing Metropolitan City. The study includes industrial economic status, industrial zone, or the area that has a potential to be developed. Additionally, the study concentrates on the opportunities for investment promotion from Thailand to those provinces. Apart from that, the last academic report was on providing information on the Made in China 2025 policy, including strategic plans in different phases, Strategies to drive the target industries, and other relevant information. 2. Producing 8 reports on the summary of news related to regulatory changes that affecting the investment in China including Chinese economic movements. 3. Published 4 Newsletters (Chinese version) to disseminate news on investment in Thailand to Thai and Chinese private companies, banks, Chinese embassies and consulates in Thailand. At the same time, the team also helped BOI office to translate the PPT brochure for public relations in Thailand. 4. Developed website of China Information Center (CIC) to be easy to do the maintenance for the system. Moreover, this new website supports all devices such as Desktop, Laptop, Mobile and Tablet. 5. Provided Thai-Chinese interpreter and an English-Chinese interpreter to provide information to the Chinese representatives of government and private sectors who interested in investing in Thailand at the Office of the Board of Investment. Headquarters and OSOS service centers. This service is a total of 116 jobs in 8 months. 6. Arranged a senior interpreter for 10 official events in and outside Thailand. 7. Provide a professional translation for 300 pages of important documents.
