ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาบริหารจัดการสนาม และสถานการกีฬาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษานี้ประกอบด้วยวัตถุประสงค์หลักสองประการ สิ่งแรกคือการออกแบบศูนย์กีฬาของจังหวัดสระบุรีใหม่เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของประชากรในจังหวัด วัตถุประสงค์ประการที่สองคือการพัฒนาแผนการใช้ประโยชน์ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ศูนย์กีฬาแห่งใหม่สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทั้งสองกิจกรรมดังต่อไปนี้ได้ดำเนินการ ดังนี้ 1. การสำรวจผู้ใช้ของผู้เข้าร่วม 400 คน ดำเนินการที่ศูนย์กีฬาและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ประโยชน์ของศูนย์กีฬาในปัจจุบัน มีการรวบรวมคำแนะนำวิธีการปรับปรุงสนามกีฬา 2. มีการอภิปรายกลุ่มสองครั้งด้วยแบบฝึกหัดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เกี่ยวข้องตั้งแต่ตัวแทนภาครัฐไปจนถึงสมาชิกในชุมชน 3. การแสดงภาพ 3 มิติของศูนย์กีฬาแห่งใหม่ที่นำเสนอต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อรวบรวมแนวคิดของพวกเขา พบว่าการออกแบบใหม่นี้ได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้เข้าร่วมส่วนใหญ่ ข้อมูลของพวกเขาในการใช้ประโยชน์จากศูนย์อย่างเต็มที่ถูกนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาแผนกลยุทธ์สำหรับ 5 ปี กุญแจสำคัญของแผนยุทธศาสตร์นี้คือการช่วยวางตำแหน่งจังหวัดสระบุรีให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาทางเลือกของภาคกลางของประเทศไทย This study consisted of two main objectives. The first one was to redesign Saraburi’s sport center to meet the need of the province’s populace. The second objective was to develop a proper utilization plan so that the new sport center could be utilized to its fullest potential. In order to achieve both objectives, the following activities were conducted: 1. User surveys of 400 participants were carried out at the sport center and its near-by areas on the topics related to the current utilization of the sport center. Recommendations of the way to improve the stadium was collected; 2. Two focus group discussions were also carried out; these exercises involved all relevant stakeholders ranging from public sector representatives to community members; 3. The 3D visual representation of the new sport center weas presented to stakeholders to gather their ideas; It was found that this new design were accepted by majority of participant. Their inputs as how to fully utilize the center were use to develop strategic plan for the next 5 year. The key to this strategic plan was to help position Saraburi as an alternative sport tourism destination of the central region of Thailand.
