การประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้เสียกองทุนกีฬามวย

Abstract

การประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้เสียกองทุนกีฬามวยนี้ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในวันที่ 1-30 กันยายน 2559 จากผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย อันประกอบไปด้วยนักมวย ผู้ฝึกสอน ผู้ตัดสิน ผู้จัดการนักมวย หัวหน้าค่ายมวย นายสนามมวย ผู้จัดรายการแข่งขันมวย อดีตบุคคลในวงการมวย และผู้ร่วมชมร่วมเชียร์กีฬามวย จำนวน 537 คน ผลการสำรวจ พบว่า ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียมีความพึงพอใจต่อภาพรวมของกองทุนกีฬามวยในระดับมาก (3.92) และเมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียก็มีความพึงพอใจต่อกองทุนกีฬามวยในระดับมากทุกด้านด้วย เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 1. ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมชมร่วมเชียร์ของผู้ชม (4.09) ประเด็นที่ได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุด คือ ความสุขที่ได้รับจากการร่วมชมร่วมเชียร์กีฬามวยของผู้ชม (4.18) 2. ด้านการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ (3.93) ประเด็นที่ได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุด คือ ความสุภาพและความเอาใจใส่ในการให้บริการ (4.03) 3. ด้านการดำเนินการตาม พรบ.กีฬามวย พ.ศ. 2542 (3.92) ประเด็นที่ได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุด คือ การจดทะเบียนและขอมีบัตรประจำตัวบุคคลในวงการมวย และการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนกีฬามวยให้แพร่หลายทั้งในและต่างประเทศ (4.06) (เท่ากัน) 4. ด้านคุณภาพของการบริการ (3.91) ประเด็นที่ได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุด คือ การได้รับบริการถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามที่เจ้าหน้าที่ตกลงไว้ และการได้รับบริการถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุไว้ในระเบียบหรือข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง (3.93) (เท่ากัน) 5. ด้านกระบวนการหรือขั้นตอนการให้บริการ (3.86) ประเด็นที่ได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุด คือ การให้บริการเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดหรือที่เหมาะสม และการให้บริการเป็นไปตามลำดับก่อนหลัง (3.90) (เท่ากัน) 6. ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (3.85) ประเด็นที่ได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุด คือ ความเหมาะสมของสภาพแวดล้อมทั่วไป ณ จุดบริการ (4.00)

The study of Boxing Fund’s Stakeholder Satisfaction is based on the data collected during 1-30 September 2016 from 537 stakeholders consisting of boxers, trainers, referees, managers, heads of boxing camps, boxing stadium masters, tournament organizers, former boxing personalities, and cheering spectators. The findings show that the stakeholder overall satisfaction toward the Boxing Sport Development Fund is at a high level (3.92), while the satisfaction is also found at a high level in every aspect of the Fund in the following order: 1. Participation of cheering spectators (4.09): the aspect that receives the highest satisfaction is happiness from watching and cheering of the sport (4.18). 2. Service given by officials (3.93): the aspect that receives the highest satisfaction is politeness and attention given to service (4.03). 3. Acting in accordance with the Boxing Act B.E. 2542 (1999) (3.92): the aspects that receive the highest satisfaction are registration and application for personal identification cards of people in the boxing field on the one hand and promotion of boxing in the country abroad on the other (each receiving the same score of 4.06). 4. Service quality (3.91): the aspects that receive the highest satisfaction are correct and complete service as agreed by the officials on the one hand and correct and complete service as specified in the rules and regulations concerned on the other (each receiving the same score of 3.93). 5. Service process or procedure (3.86): the aspects that receive the highest satisfaction are service given within the specified or appropriate time duration on the one hand and service given in order of priority on the other (each receiving the same score of 3.90). 6. Facilities (3.85): the aspect that receives the highest satisfaction is the appropriateness of the general environment at the point of service (4.00).
