บำรุงรักษาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ของกองทางหลวงพิเศษระหว่างเมือง

Abstract

กองทางหลวงพิเศษระหว่างเมือง ได้นำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมาใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารและการให้บริการ ที่ผ่านมา กองทางหลวงพิเศษฯ ประสบความสำเร็จในการใช้งานระดับหนึ่ง อย่างไรก็ดีทางกองทางหลวงพิเศษฯ ยังขาดผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยตรง อาจเนื่องมาจาก มิได้เป็นพันธกิจหลักของกองทางหลวงพิเศษฯ ดังนั้น กองทางหลวงพิเศษฯ จึงจำเป็นต้องมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศ และการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนกิจการต่าง ๆ ของกองทางหลวงพิเศษฯ รวมทั้งการให้คำแนะนำในการแก้ปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศระดับสูง ตลอดจนถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ให้กับบุคลากรของกองทางหลวงพิเศษฯ รวมทั้งสนับสนุนให้กองทางหลวงพิเศษฯ สามารถดำเนินการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้รับบริการ Thailand Intercity Motorway Office has applied information and communication technology (ICT) for their internal process activities and has been successful in applying ICT to a satisfactory level. However, the ICT supporting team of the Intercity Motorway office still lack of expertise in managing this extensive use of ICT due to limited number of personnel. And since ICT is not a core mission to the office, getting external help from experts become essential in maintenance and operation of ICT activities and moreover in advising on how to utilize ICT to its full potential. This year, numbers of ICT applications have been enhanced and personnel were trained with the latest information technology to equipped them with skills needed to engage in all ICT activities of Motorway Office.
