| dc.description.abstract | สำนักงานศูนย์วิจัย ได้ดำเนินการประชาสัมพันธ์ และรับสมัครวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมมันสำปะหลังเข้าร่วมโครงการ โดยมี SMEs ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 10 ราย เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย โดยได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมละลายพฤติกรรม เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนากลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 1 ครั้ง ระยะเวลา 2 วัน จากนั้นได้จัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฎิบัติการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีระบบเพชรในการประเมินศักยภาพกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมมันสำปะหลัง จำนวน 1 ครั้ง ระยะเวลา 1 วัน และให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำในการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีระบบเพชรในการประเมินศักยภาพกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมมันสำปะหลัง รวมทั้งจัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฎิบัติ เพื่อจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ Cluster Roadmap แผนแม่บท แผนปฏิบัติการ และ Cluster Map การพัฒนำกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อเชื่อมโยงกับ Super Cluster และคลัสเตอร์เป้าหมายตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล จำนวน 1 ครั้ง 1 วัน โดยในเบื้องต้นได้มีการรวมกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการกลางน้ำ จำนวน 8 กิจการ จัดตั้งกลุ่ม “PREMA Korat” มีการกำหนดโครงสร้างคณะทำงานบริหารกลุ่ม และมีผลการดำเนินงานตามแผน ดังนี้ 1) จัดศึกษาดูงานและเชื่อมโยงกับ PREMA กลุ่มอื่น จำนวน 1 ครั้ง ณ บริษัท ราชสีมากรีน เอ็นเนอร์ยี จำกัด มีผู้บริหารและพนักงาน กลุ่ม PREMA Korat เข้าร่วมศึกษาดูงาน จำนวน 19 คน 2) จัดทำกิจกรรมและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิตโครงการนำร่อง PREMA แล้วเสร็จตามแผน จำนวน 1 เรื่อง คือ โดยมีการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ แนวคิดวิธีการการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพก่อให้เกิดกำไร (Profitable Resource Efficiency Management : PREMA) และ ได้จัดให้มีการประชุมเครือข่ายกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมมันสำปะหลัง เพื่อคัดเลือกโครงการนำร่อง และนำเสนอการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการ (ปรับปรุง สมผ./NPO ,ขจผ./NOC) ของการพัฒนาบริหารจัดการการใช้ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมก่อให้เกิดกำไร และกำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงานของผู้ประสานงานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม (Cluster Development Agent, CDA) ในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนากลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมร่วมกัน จากการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานโครงการนำร่อง ที่ได้เลือกมาดำเนินการปฏิบัติให้กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิตดีขึ้น สามารถลดต้นทุนการผลิตได้ รวมทั้งหมด 29,561,665 บำท/ปี จากการลดใช้ทรัพยากร ปริมาณของเสียและการสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิตลดลง โดยแยกเป็น ลดการใช้น้ำในกระบวนการผลิต ปีละ 774,418 บาท ลดการใช้ไฟฟ้า ปีละ 5,196,204 บาท ลดการใช้น้ำมัน ปีละ 120,120 บาท ลดการใช้พลังงานความร้อน ปีละ 19,523 บาท ของเสียในกระบวนการผลิตลดลง มูลค่าปีละ 4,390,000 บาท การสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิตลดลง ปีละ 18,066,000 บาท ประหยัดค่ากรองน้ำมัน ปีละ 338,400 บาท ลดค่าแรงในกระบวนการผลิต ปีละ 657,000 บาท Thammasat University Research and Consultancy Institute has implemented an announcement and recruit the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of the cassava industry to join the program. Following the target, there are 10 SMEs that were selected. First and foremost, there was an ice-breaking activities to make good relationships among the attendants and inspire them in the industry development for once 2 days. After that, there was a practical training in the adaptation of the Dynamic Diamond Model theory to as-sess the potential of the cassava industry once a day, and gave an advice in the adaptation of the Dynamic Dia-mond Model theory to assess the potential of the cassava industry as well. Moreover, there was a practical training to develop a Cluster Roadmap, Master Plan, Action Plan, and Cluster Map. The industrial development was created to connect with Super Cluster and Target Cluster in accord-ance with government policy once a day. Initially, 8 midstream operators were formed. The "PREMA Korat" group was set up. There were work-ing structure, and the operating results as planned. 1) Organizing the field trip and connecting with other PREMA group for once at Ratchasima Green En-ergy Co., Ltd. There were 19 PREMA Korat executives and employees attended the trip. 2) Preparing an activity and improving an efficiency of the production process of PREMA pilot project as planned by organizing the training about the Profitable Resource Efficiency Management (PREMA). And has organized a meeting of the cassava industry network to select a pilot project and present an Action Plan (improved NPO, NOC) of the development of a profitable resource efficiency management, and set the guidelines for the Cluster Development Agent (CDA) to lead the industrial development together. As the results of the pilot implementation that was selected to conduct industrial group found that the ef-ficiency of production process was improved. The total cost of production was reduced for 29,561,665 baht per year from the reduction of using resource. The amount of waste and loss in the production process were decreased as well. The reduction can be separated to reducing the use of water in the production process for 774,418 baht yearly, reducing electricity consumption for 5,196,204 baht yearly, reducing fuel consumption for 120,120 baht yearly, reducing energy consumption for 19,523 baht yearly. The waste in production process decreased for 4,390,000 baht yearly, the loss in production process were decreased 18,066,000 baht yearly, oil saving for 338,400 baht yearly, and labor cost reduction for 657,000 baht per year. | th |
