Abstract

การจัดทำโครงการศูนย์นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับคนพิการ กิจกรรมที่ 1 : ชุดความรู้ด้านนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับคนพิการ จากรัฐบาลได้กำหนดประเด็นด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการโดยไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง จึงได้มีการจัดทำโครงการนี้ขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อดำเนินการศึกษาและรวบรวมผลงานวิชาการ การสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ด้านศูนย์นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับคนพิการ 2) เพื่อศึกษาชุดความรู้ด้านนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้การดูแลคนพิการตามประเภทความพิการและทุกช่วงวัย รวมทั้งเป็นที่ศึกษาแหล่งเรียนรู้และสร้างความเข้าใจความพิการด้านนวัตกรรม อุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับคนพิการ 3) เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ความเข้าใจ และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการจำเป็นของคนพิการทุกประเภทความพิการ และสื่อสารให้ประชาชนและกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้รับทราบมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน องค์กรคนพิการ นักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป ทั้งนี้ได้มีการจัดทำแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของศูนย์นวัตกรรมฯ ผ่านแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในระบบออนไลน์ โดยได้มีการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างที่มีความเหมาะสมผ่านสูตรคำนวณร้อยละ ในที่นี้มีผู้ตอบแบบประเมินเป็นจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 131 คน แบบประเมินแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนที่ 2 ระดับความรู้ที่ได้จากโครงการ ส่วนที่ 3 ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการจัดโครงการ และส่วนที่ 4 ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมโดยจะแสดงรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบประเมิน พบว่า กลุ่มที่ให้ความสนใจกับการจัดแสดงงานนวัตกรรมจะอยู่ในช่วงของวัยทำงานเป็นหลัก ส่วนที่ 2 ระดับความรู้ที่ได้จากโครงการ พบว่า ก่อนการเยี่ยมชมศูนย์นวัตกรรมฯ ผู้เยี่ยมชมมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลการให้บริการของกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ ในระดับมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 3.82 ระดับมาก ร้อยละ 3.82 ระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 41.98 ระดับน้อย ร้อยละ 31.30 และระดับน้อยที่สุด ร้อยละ 19.08 ส่วนที่ 3 ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการจัดโครงการ พบว่า ผู้เยี่ยมชมมีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการจัดโครงการในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 54.2 ระดับมาก ร้อยละ 35.1 ระดับมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 10.7 และดับน้อย ร้อยละ 0 และระดับน้อยที่สุด ร้อยละ 0 ตามลำดับ ส่วนที่ 4 ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม พบว่า ผู้เยี่ยมชมมีความพึงพอใจต่ออุปกรณ์ที่นำมาจัดแสดงภายในศูนย์นวัตกรรมต้นแบบ แต่เนื่องจากการนำเสนองานนวัตกรรมดังกล่าว มีความเป็นทางการมาก ทั้งด้านรูปแบบและภาษาที่ใช้ในการนำเสนอ จึงทำให้เข้าใจผลงานได้น้อย จากผลของแบบสอบถามข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากโครงการศูนย์นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับคนพิการ กิจกรรมที่ 1 : ชุดความรู้ด้านนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับคนพิการนี้ จะนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงและพัฒนาต่อการเป็นศูนย์หลักต่อไป Creating the Innovation Center Project Facilities technology for people with disabilities Activity 1: A set of innovative knowledge Assistive technology for people with disabilities The government has fixed issues to improve the lives of people with disabilities without leaving anyone behind after it has been prepared by the project aims to 1) To conduct studies and collect academic works, knowledge collection on facility technology innovation 2) To study the knowledge set on learning innovation, caring for the disabled by type of disability and every age Including being a place to study learning resources and create understanding about disabilities in related equipment innovation And assistive technology for people with disabilities, 3) to publish academic works to build awareness, understanding and responding to the needs that are disabled for all types of disabilities.
