จัดจ้างวิเคราะห์สารตัวอย่างด้วยเครื่อง Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)

Abstract

เทคนิคเอ็นเอ็มอาร์สเปคโตรสโคปีเป็นเทคนิคที่ถูกนำมาใช้ในงานวิเคราะห์ทั้งเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพมากที่สุด เทคนิคหนึ่ง โดยเฉพาะในการตรวจสอบโครงสร้างสารอินทรีย์ เพราะเทคนิคดังกล่าว สามารถตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่อของอะตอม รวมถึงการจัดเรียงตัวของหมู่แทนที่ในที่ว่างของโครงสร้างรวมถึงการจัดเรียงตัวของหมู่แทนที่ในที่ว่างของโครงสร้างสารประกอบต่างๆ จุดประสงค์หลักของโครงการนี้คือ การตรวจสอบโครงสร้าง สารอินทรีย์ด้วยเทคนิคโปรตอนเอ็นเอมอาร์ จำนวน 50 ตัวอย่าง และ เทคนิคคาร์บอนสิบสามเอ็นเอมอาร์ จำนวน 20 ตัวอย่าง

NMR spectroscopy is one of the most commonly used methods for carrying out both qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis and particularly for investigating the structure of organic molecules because it was used to determine the connectivity and spatial orientation of atoms in the molecule. The major goal of this project is structural investigation of 50 organic compounds by using 1H NMR experiment and 20 organic compounds by 13C NMR experiment.
