Abstract

ในปัจจุบันภาคอุตสาหกรรมมีการแข่งขันกันสูงมากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มขีดความสามารถทางการแข่งขันจึงเป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นเป็นอย่างยิ่ง แต่ยังคงมีอุปสรรคในการหันมาใช้เทคโนโลยีทางวิศวกรรมที่ทันสมัยทดแทนเทคโนโลยีเดิมๆที่มีอยู่ของภาคอุตสาหกรรม เนื่องจากความมั่นใจในเทคโนโลยีและที่ปรึกษาเทคโนโลยี ดังนั้นการสื่อสารและสร้างความเข้าใจในวิธีการใช้และประโยชน์ที่ได้จากเทคโนโลยีในเชิงธุรกิจ จึงเป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นต่อการหันมาใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านการออกแบบและผลิต และพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ของบริษัทอย่างยั่งยืน ดังนั้นกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานในงานนี้ จะเน้นการจัดทำเอกสารเผยแพร่เทคโนโลยีในรูปแบบที่เข้าใจง่าย เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการเข้าใจถึงประโยชน์ของเทคโนโลยี และตัวอย่างงานของผู้ประกอบการไทยที่เคยใช้และยังใช้เทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมสมัยใหม่ด้านการออกแบบและผลิต ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยที่ยังไม่เคยใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างจริงจัง ได้หันมาเห็นความสำคัญและเริ่มพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆให้เกิดขึ้นในบริษัทต่อไป Nowadays, Industry is in higher competitive situation than before. To increase competitiveness technology application in industry is an important role. Technology substitution is the obstacle of industry in the view of confidential of technology and technology’s consultant. The communication and awareness in technology utilization and advantage for business is concerned. The design and manufacturing technology usage is the important role in knowledge development sustainable. This study focuses on the simple document of technology dissemination to help entrepreneur to understand the technology advantage. The case studies of success entrepreneurs are presented to convey other entrepreneurs to realize the design and manufacturing technology significant and initiate new own knowhow in-house using new technology.
