สำรวจความพึงพอใจของพนักงานและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ของบริษัท ผลิตไฟฟ้าและน้ำเย็น จำกัด (DCAP) ประจำปี 2558

Abstract

งานวิจัยการประเมินความพึงพอใจของพนักงานและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อบริษัท ผลิตไฟฟ้าและน้ำเย็น จำกัด (DCAP) ประจำปี 2558 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำผลการศึกษาไปปรับปรุงแก้ไขและวางแผนการดำเนินการให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นในอนาคต โดยศึกษาด้วยระเบียบวิจัยทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อให้ข้อมูลทั้งกว้างและลึกในรูปแบบการสัมภาษณ์ตัวต่อตัวกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป้าหมายเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ซึ่งได้แก่ พนักงานของ DCAP (16 ราย) และ ลูกค้าของ DCAP (14 ราย) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ในภาพรวมพนักงานและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียมีความพึงพอใจต่อบริษัท ผลิตไฟฟ้าและน้ำเย็น จำกัด ในระดับที่มาก และ มากที่สุด ตามลำดับ โดยกลุ่มพนักงานมีความต้องการให้บริษัทฯ ได้ปรับปรุงในเรื่องความก้าวหน้าทางอาชีพ ในขณะที่กลุ่มลูกค้าประสงค์ให้บริษัทฯ ได้เพิ่มเติมในเรื่องการสื่อสารระหว่างองค์กรให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น The research project aims to measure employee and stakeholder satisfaction toward District Cooling System and Power Plan Co., Ltd. (DCAP) under the 2558 fiscal year. The study result will pave a way to DCAP’s operational improvement in the future. A survey and a face-to-face interview are adopted with 16 employees (a census) and 14 officers from designated stakeholders (as known as DCAP’s major clients), respectively. The result reveals that employees are satisfied with DCAP, whereas DCAP’s stakeholders are very much satisfied with its operational excellence. The employees suggest DCAP to improve on career advancement, while its clients wish DCAP to put an increasing emphasis on efficiency of inter-organizational communications.
