Abstract

The feasibility study has a significant objective to set up The State Railway of Thailand Asset Management Corporation. Framework of the study consists in an appropriate model of the corporation management and any other effective forms of asset administration for The State Railway of Thailand (SRT). Therdprakiet Road and local road along the side of Bang Sue Station to Don Muang Station are pilot area where SRT aiming at developing to gain high profit. In addition to establishment of the corporation, personnel management, accounting and financial system, budgeting, law and relevant regulations are also investigated.
