Abstract

กรมอนามัยมุ่งพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มเฝ้าระวัง ส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบทางสุขภาพกลุ่มวัย ครอบครัวและกลุ่มเปราะบาง โดยได้ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการจัดทำการประชุมกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้บริหารกรมอนามัย และได้รับผลลัพธ์จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือข้อกำหนดของระบบดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย ระบบบริการสุขภาพประจำตัวประชาชน ระบบบริการผู้ประกอบการด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ระบบบริหารงานสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ ข้อมูลความคุ้มค่า ความเหมาะสมและความปลอดภัยของการใช้ Government Data Center and Cloud Service รวมถึงผลการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีและสถาปัตยกรรมแบบกลุ่มเมฆที่กรมอนามัยสามารถนำมาใช้สำหรับการสร้างระบบนิเวศในการจัดเตรียมระบบดิจิทัล Department of Health: DOH aims to develop surveillance platforms Health promotion and disease prevention to reduce the risks and impacts on health of the age group, families, and fragile groups. Data was gathered by focus group technique with stakeholder and in-depth interviews technique with the executives of the Department of Health. Analysis result is digital systems specification consist of smart citizen digital platform, entrepreneur environment health platform, administration system for officer, worthiness, suitability, and safety of the adoption of government data center and cloud service. The study results regarding to cloud technology and architecture that the Department of Health can use for digital ecosystems construction.
