ศึกษาความเที่ยงตรงของมาตรวัดน้ำที่ผ่านการล้างด้วยเครื่องล้างแบบอัลตราโซนิก

Abstract

การศึกษานี้เพื่อเป็นการทดลองศึกษาค่าความผิดพลาดของมาตรวัดน้ำที่ผ่านการล้างโดยใช้เครื่องล้างแบบอัตราโซนิกส์ โดยพิจารณาถึง ความสะอาดในการล้างมาตร และ ผลของอายุและสถานที่ติดตั้งมาตรที่ส่งผลต่อความเที่ยงตรงของมาตรวัดน้ำก่อนและหลังทำการล้างมาตร ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า คลื่นอัลตราโซนิกส์ตอบสนองกับตะกอนดินไม่ดี หากแต่การทดสอบค่าความผิดพลาดของมาตรนั้นพบว่า มาตรวัดน้ำที่ผ่านการล้างด้วยน้ำนั้น มีค่าความผิดพลาดกลับเข้ามาอยู่ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ตามมาตรฐานการทดสอบมาตรที่ร้อยละ 4 4 และ 20 สำหรับ Qm Qtrans และ Qmin จากจำนวน 20 เครื่องที่ผ่านการใช้งานเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 8 เครื่อง (40%) เป็น 16 เครื่อง (80%) สำหรับผลของอายุมาตรวัดน้ำและสถานที่สุ่มเก็บมาตรวัดน้ำนั้นไม่ส่งผลต่อค่าความผิดพลาดของมาตรวัดน้ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่หากพิจารณาถึงแนวโน้มของค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตแล้วพบว่า การล้างมาตรวัดน้ำโดยใช้น้ำเปล่านั้น สามารถช่วยให้ความเที่ยงตรงของมาตรกลับมาอยู่ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้โดยเฉพาะหลังผ่านการใช้งานไปแล้วสามปี This study aims to experiment on the error of the water meter, washed by using Ultrasonic cleaning machine and also to study the effects of the ages and the collected areas, in the East and West service areas.
