แนวทางการบูรณะโครงสร้างสะพานสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า

Abstract

โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาสำรวจ วิเคราะห์ และกำหนดแนวทางการบูรณะปรับปรุงโครงสร้างสะพานสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า โดยการดำเนินงานประกอบด้วย 1) การสำรวจความเสียหาย (Visual Inspection) ของโครงสร้างสะพาน 2) การสำรวจค่าพิกัด (Alignment) และระดับ (Profile) ของโครงสร้างสะพาน และการตรวจวัดการเคลื่อนตัวของชิ้นส่วนต่าง ๆ ของโครงสร้างสะพาน 3) การตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมการรับน้ำหนักของโครงสร้างสะพานภายใต้น้ำหนักบรรทุกทดสอบและภายใต้การจราจรปกติ (Bridge Load Test and Behavior Measurement) 4) การวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมและการประเมินความมั่นคงแข็งแรงของโครงสร้างสะพาน และการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของความผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้น และ 5) การศึกษาแนวทางการบูรณะปรับปรุงโครงสร้างสะพานสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า จากการตรวจสอบเชิงกายภาพของโครงสร้างสะพานพบความเสียหายของ Center Hinge Bearing ในระดับวิกฤต (Condition Rating ระดับ 4 และ Condition State ระดับ 3) ประกอบด้วยการเสียรูปถาวรของแผ่นรองสลักรับแรงเฉือนของ Hinge Bearing ด้านบนและการโค้งงอเสียรูปถาวรและการฉีกขาดหลุดออกของแผ่นรองสลักรับแรงเฉือนด้านล่าง ทำให้ Center Hinge มีการขัดตัวไม่สามารถเคลื่อนที่ได้อย่างอิสระภายใต้การขยายและหดตัว ส่งผลให้ความสามารถในการใช้งานและกำลังการรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกของ Hinge Bearing ลดลงจากที่ออกแบบไว้และจำเป็นต้องทำการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขโดยเร็วเพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติและปลอดภัย การศึกษาวิเคราะห์ที่ดำเนินการครั้งนี้ได้พิจารณาถึงแนวทางสำหรับการบูรณะซ่อมแซม Center Hinge Bearing รวมถึงการพิจารณาความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการใช้งานให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดสำหรับสะพานสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า จากผลการดำเนินงานสามารถสรุปได้ว่าการซ่อมแซมบูรณะ Center Hinge ด้วยวิธี Planar Hinge Bearing เป็นแนวทางที่มีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมการรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกและสภาพการใช้งานของสะพานในปัจจุบันและอนาคตมากที่สุด พร้อมทั้งได้นำเสนอรายละเอียดของวิธีการและขั้นตอนในการบูรณะซ่อมแซม Center Hinge Bearing A main objective of the present investigation is to carry out bridge inspection and evaluation, and determination of structural rehabilitation of Phra Pinklao Bridge, having structural configuration of a balanced cantilever bridge with center hinges. The investigation tasks include 1) bridge visual inspection, 2) bridge alignment and profile surveying, 3) bridge load test and behavior measurement, 4) structural analysis and load-rating evaluation, and 5) appropriate bridge rehabilitation. Based on the results of bridge inspection, structural damages of the center hinge bearings in a critical state (with condition rating 4 and condition state 3), are reported. The damages include permanent deformation of the top and bottom stayed plates of the hinge bearings causing the bearing movement to be restrained and direct impact on serviceability and load-carrying behaviors of the bridge structure. This incident necessitates urgent rehabilitation of the center hinge bearings. According to the investigation carried out, it can be found that appropriate implementation of the planar hinge bearing concept yields a most suitable and effective method for the center hinge bearing replacement. The details of the rehabilitation method and procedure are described in the report.
