| dc.description.abstract | การดำเนินงานโครงการความร่วมมือทางวิชาการเกี่ยวกับสิทธิและหน้าที่ด้านสุขภาพ ตามพระราชบัญญัติสุขภาพแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2550 ปีที่ 3 (พ.ศ.2561-2562) มีดังนี้กิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่ กิจกรรมตามมาตรา 12
- จัดร่วมกับหน่วยงานในกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (8 ครั้ง) ได้แก่
1) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคองและสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า วันศุกร์ที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2561 ณ ห้องประชุมนพเกล้า โรงพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี
2) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคอง และสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ. สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลเลย วันอังคารที่ 30 เมษายน 2562 ณ ห้องประชุมภูหลวง โรงพยาบาลเลย จังหวัดเลย
3) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคอง และสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลพัทลุง วันอังคารที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2562 ณ ห้องประชุมโนรา โรงพยาบาลพัทลุง
4) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคอง และสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลนครปฐม วันพุธที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2562 ณ ห้องประชุมจตุภัทร โรงพยาบาลนครปฐม
5) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคอง และสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลอุตรดิตถ์ วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 20 มิถุนายน2562 ณ ห้องประชุมคอนเวนชั่นฮอลล์ ชั้น 4 โรงพยาบาลอุตรดิตถ์ จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์
6) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคอง และสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ คณะกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคองโรงพยาบาลบางจาก ร่วมกับ งานดูแลผู้ป่วยประคับประคองโรงพยาบาลแม่ข่ายโรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการงานประคับประคองโรงพยาบาลพระสมุทรเจดีย์สวาทยานนท์ วันพุธที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2562 ณ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
7) การสัมมนาวิชาการสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ. สุขภาพแห่งชาติ ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลลำปาง วันพุธที่ 31 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 8 อาคาร ผู้ป่วยนอกโรงพยาบาลลำปาง
8) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคอง และสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลราชพิพัฒน์ วันศุกร์ที่ 9 สิงหาคม 2562 ณ ห้องประชุม ท.ลดาวัลย์ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ชั้น 4 โรงพยาบาลราชพิพัฒน์
- จัดร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลในสังกัดกองทัพ (2 ครั้ง) ได้แก่
1) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคองและสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ วันพุธที่ 30 มกราคม 2562 ณ หอประชุม โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ อ.สัตหีบ จ.ชลบุรี
2) การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคองและสิทธิการตายดีตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ” ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า พร. วันอังคารที่ 26 มีนาคม 2562 ณ ห้องประชุม 250 ที่นั่ง อาคารพิเคราะห์และบำบัดโรคชั้น 5 โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า พร.
- จัดฝึกอบรมหรือสัมมนาทางวิชาการ ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ (1 ครั้ง)ได้แก่ การสัมมนาวิชาการ Living Will and Palliative Care ร่วมกับ โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติในงานมหกรรมคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล ประจ าปี 2561 เมื่อวันที่ 24 ตุลาคม 2561 ณ โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ
- จัดสัมมนาหรือจัดอบรมให้กับหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคนพิการ (1 ครั้ง) ได้แก่
การสัมมนาวิชาการ “การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคอง และสิทธิการตายดีตามพ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ: สิทธิที่คนพิการเลือกได้” ร่วมกับ สมาคมสภาคนพิการทุกประเภทแห่งประเทศไทย วันพุธที่ 10 กรกฎาคม 2562 ณ ห้องประชุมจิตติ ติงศภัทิย์ (ชั้น 1) คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (ท่าพระจันทร์)
กิจกรรมเสริม ได้แก่ กิจกรรมตามมาตรา 7 ร่วมปรับปรุงพัฒนาและร่วมเป็นคณะทำงานจัดทำแนวปฏิบัติข้อมูลสุขภาพผู้ป่วยของสถานพยาบาล สถานบริการสาธารณสุข กิจกรรมอื่น ๆ จัดเสวนาวิชาการในหัวข้อที่สังคมให้ความสนใจ (1 ครั้ง) ได้แก่การสัมมนาวิชาการเรื่อง “การสั่งใช้มอร์ฟีนของแพทย์นอกสถานพยาบาล: ปัญหาและทางออก” ร่วมกับ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) ในวันศุกร์ที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2562 ณ ห้องประชุมจิตติ ติงศภัทิย์ คณะนิติศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (ท่าพระจันทร์) Main activities include activities under Section 12
