ยกระดับการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์สู่มาตรฐาน ISO ภายใต้โครงการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการและสร้างโอกาสทางตลาดธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ ปีงบประมาณ 2559

Abstract

มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ โดยสถาบันวิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ได้รับมอบหมายจากกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ให้ดำเนินงานตามโครงการยกระดับการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์สู่มาตรฐาน ISO ภายใต้โครงการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการและสร้างโอกาสทางการตลาดธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ ปีงบประมาณ 2559 โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการเพื่อให้ธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ไทยมีระบบการบริหารจัดการที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 เป็นที่น่าเชื่อถือและได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้ใช้บริการอย่างกว้างขวางทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ และส่งผลให้เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันกิจกรรมในโครงการประกอบด้วย 1. การประชาสัมพันธ์ เชิญชวนผู้ประกอบธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์สมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการและคัดเลือกผู้ประกอบธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ เข้ารับการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 125 ราย 2. ดำเนินการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบธุรกิจให้มีระบบบริหารจัดการให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 3. จัดกิจกรรมสร้างเครือข่าย และจัดให้มีการศึกษาดูงาน ณ สถานประกอบธุรกิจของธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ ที่มีระบบการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจตามมาตรฐานสากล หรือมาตรฐานอื่นที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล 4. ตรวจประเมินผลการพัฒนาธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ISO 9001 พร้อมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้มีธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 100 ราย 5. คัดเลือกธุรกิจที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ราย เพื่อเป็นกรณีตัวอย่างในการศึกษาเรียนรู้ 6. เผยแพร่ธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 (ด้านระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ) ปี 2559 ด้วยสื่อต่าง ๆ 7. จัดทำข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการปรับปรุง และพัฒนาธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ให้มีการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจสู่มาตรฐาน ISO

Thammasat university Research and consultancy institute (TU-RAC) of Thammasat university has been assigned by the department of business development, ministry of commerce to implement “Upgrading the business administration of logistics service provider business using ISO standard, a project under upgrading quality of the business administration and creation of marketing opportunity for logistics service provider business 2016”. The objectives of this project are to support Thai logistics service provider business to achieve ISO 9001 quality management systems standard; to increase credibility and acceptance from domestics and international customers of Thai logistics service provider business; and to increase competitiveness of Thai logistics service provider business. The project consists of the following activities: 1. The project publicity and invitation of more than 125 logistics service provider business to submit the applications to participate in the project and the selection of logistics service provider business to participate in the project to develop their management systems using ISO 9001 standard. 2. Upgrading logistics service provider business to achieve ISO 9001 quality management system standard. 3. Conduct networking activities and field trip at a logistics service provider business which certified ISO 9001 or other internationally accepted standard. 4. Audit management systems of logistics service provider business against ISO 9001 standard and provide necessary advice to assist not less than 100 logistics service provider business to certified ISO 9001 standard. 5. Select not less than 10 certified logistics service provider business and use as case studies. 6. PR ISO 9001 (Quality management system) certified logistics service provider business 2016 using various media. 7. Develop case study regarding the upgrade and development of logistics service provider business to ISO standard.
