การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

Abstract

Ministry of Tourism and Sports and Thammasat University (Thammasat University Research and Consultancy) issued the Sufficiency Economic Community-Based Tourism Plan in order to support the community-based tourism in Thailand. The process consists of analyzing the primary and secondary data of the community-based tourism. In addition, more than 30 respondents who related to the community-based tourism were interviewed. There were also workshops and seminars in 9 provinces to develop knowledge on the community-based tourism. The expected results were to prepare and develop marketing and management skills for community-based tourism, to build network of community-based tourism and to create more value-added community-based tourism programs, and also to manage the natural resources that are used for community-based tourism in the effective ways.

กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ โดยสถาบันวิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จัดทำโครงการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยประกอบด้วยการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ และทุติยภูมิเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ทั้งในด้านการทบทวนวรรณกรรมต่างๆ การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน และการระดมความคิดเห็นเพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ให้แก่ชุมชนท่องเที่ยว เพื่อจะเตรียมความพร้อมและสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับชุมชนในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน สนับสนุนให้มีการสร้างเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวเชิงชุมชนหรือจัดโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยวร่วมกัน รวมถึงมีการสร้างเครือข่ายการจัดการทรัพยากรของชุมชนและท้องถิ่นอย่างบูรณาการ เพื่อให้เกิดการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมโดยเน้นการเป็นองค์กรชุมชน
