ประชุมสัมมนาวิชาการ มรดกวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์ร่วมในอาเซียน

Abstract

From the 1st ASEAN Cultural Heritage and Identities Conference 2015, most of the ASEAN delegates were very much satisfied with the conference. They admired Fine Arts Department and the organising staffs for the arrangement from the conference concept itself to every process throughout the event including accommodation, management, place of venue, site visit program, Khon performance and most importantly, hospitality and sincere friendship honoured by the Minister of Ministry of Culture, the Director General of Fine Arts Department, all of the Thai staffs, and their fellow ASEAN delegates. The delegates mutually agreed that considering the nature of this conference, the conference was a pioneer of ASEAN ‘Ramayana’ joint study based on academic background as well as fine arts in overall whereas previous ASEAN collaborations on Ramayana were mainly focused on performing arts. Therefore, some of the delegates made useful suggestions that, in the merit of this conference, further collaborations in research on the subject amongst ASEAN could be established in either forms of ASEAN Ramayana research centre(s) or institute(s) or at least, continual following up events/conferences. As per outcome of this conference, to say the least, all of delegates positively concurred that ‘Ramayana’ is one of the ASEAN shared significant heritages that may effectively lead to their socio-cultural unity in the future. Majority of delegates had already issued an agreement that they will contribute their efforts in collaboration for a new Ramayana performance piece in the near future. Therefore, with the conclusion as above, looking from the past, present and future of this 1st ASEAN Cultural Heritage and Identities Conference, it is quite justified to conclude that Ramayana, once again, had proved its timeless quality in uniting people from diversified cultures and this particular quality was indeed, the magical underpinning force of this conference.

จากการประชุมนานาชาติ เรื่อง มรดกวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์ร่วมในอาเซียน ในปี พ.ศ. 2558 นี้ บรรดาผู้แทนจากชาติสมาชิกอาเซียนต่างมีความพึงพอใจกับการประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นอย่างมาก เหล่าผู้แทนฯ ต่างชื่นชมกรมศิลปากรและเจ้าหน้าที่ในการประชุมสำหรับการเตรียมการต่างๆ ตั้งแต่ แนวความคิดในการประชุม กระบวนการในการประชุม รวมทั้งที่พักและอาหาร การจัดการ สถานที่จัดการประชุม การศึกษาดูงาน การแสดงโขน และที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ การให้การต้อนรับ และ มิตรภาพอย่างจริงใจ จากท่านรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ท่านอธิบดีกรมศิลปากร เจ้าหน้าที่จากประเทศไทย และจากบรรดามิตรผู้แทนอาเซียนจากประเทศต่างๆ ผู้แทนฯ มีความเห็นตรงกันว่า เมื่อพิจารณาจากรูปแบบ วิธี และแนวคิดของการประชุมในครั้งนี้แล้ว นับได้ว่าเป็นนิมิตหมายใหม่สำหรับการศึกษาร่วมกันในเรื่อง “รามายณะ” ซึ่งตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานทั้งทางด้านวิชาการและปราณีตศิลป์ในภาพรวม ในขณะที่ความร่วมมือที่ผ่านมา จะเน้นที่ศิลปะการแสดงเท่านั้น ดังนั้น ผู้แทนฯ บางท่านจึงให้คำแนะนำที่มีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่ง โดยมีความหวังว่า เพื่อมิให้ผลของการประชุมสัมมนาในครั้งนี้เปล่าประโยชน์ ควรจะมีการดำเนินการด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างชาติ สมาชิกอาเซียน ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับเรื่องรามายณะนี้ ทั้งในรูปแบบของการจัดตั้งสถาบันรามายณะศึกษาแห่งอาเซียน หรืออย่างน้อยควรมีการจัดงาน หรือการประชุมติดตามผลเป็นการต่อเนื่องจากการประชุมในครั้งนี้ สำหรับผลแห่งการประชุมในครั้งนี้ อย่างน้อยที่สุด ผู้แทนฯ ทุกท่าน ต่างเห็นชอบร่วมกันอย่างหนักแน่นว่า รามายณะ คือ มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมร่วมของอาเซียนที่สำคัญ และอาจมีประสิทธิภาพที่จะนำไปสู่เอกภาพทางสังคมวัฒนธรรมของอาเซียนได้ในอนาคต ผู้แทนฯ ส่วนมากหลายท่าน ได้แสดงความมุ่งมั่นที่จะร่วมมือกันจัดการแสดงเรื่อง รามายณะ ในอนาคตอันใกล้นี้ โดยใช้ข้อมูลบนพื้นฐานของผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการประชุมในครั้งนี้อีกด้วย ดังนั้น ด้วยข้อสรุปข้างต้น ไม่ว่าจะมองจากมุมมองในอดีต ปัจจุบัน หรืออนาคต จากการประชุม สัมมนาเรื่อง มรดกวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์ร่วมในอาเซียน ในปี พ.ศ. 2558 นี้ อาจกล่าวได้ว่า เป็นอีกครั้งหนึ่งที่เรื่อง รามายณะ ได้แสดงถึงคุณวิเศษที่อยู่เหนือกาลเวลา ในการผสานกลุ่มคนจากวัฒนธรรมอันหลากหลาย ซึ่งเป็นคุณลักษณะที่เป็นพลังผลักดันการประชุมในครั้งนี้โดยแท้จริง
