พิพิธภัณฑ์เสมือน (Virtual Museum) การเรียนรู้ด้านการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัย

Abstract

การพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยในปัจจุบันนั้นมีการแสวงหาแนวทางใหม่ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองต่อการอยู่อาศัยเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้อยู่อาศัยให้มากขึ้น ซึ่งแนวทางในการพัฒนาเหล่านี้จำเป็นต้องอาศัยองค์ความรู้ในการพัฒนาที่ผ่านการศึกษาและพัฒนาที่เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินชีวิตเศรษฐกิจสภาพสังคม ทัศนคติ ค่านิยม วัฒนธรรม รวมถึงนโยบายของภาครัฐ การเรียนรู้ข้อดีและข้ออุปสรรคของวิวัฒนาการที่อยู่อาศัยในประเทศไทยสามารถนำไปปรับใช้เพื่อพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยในอนาคตต่อไป ซึ่งผลการศึกษาที่เกิดขึ้นนั้นจำเป็นต้องมีการจัดการองค์ความรู้ในเรื่องของวิวัฒนาการการพัฒนาทอยู่อาศัยเพื่อมิให้สูญหายไป ดังนั้นการเคหะแห่งชาติโดยฝ่ายวิชาการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยจึงจัดตั้งโครงการจัดทำพิพิธภัณฑ์การเรียนรู้การพัฒนาทอยู่อาศัยในประเทศไทย ในรูปแบบของการพิพิธภัณฑ์เสมือน Today's housing development seeks new ways to be more effective and responsive to living in order to enhance the quality of life of residents. These development guidelines require knowledge from the development through education regarding factors affecting the lifestyle, economy, social conditions, attitudes, cultures and government policies. Learning about the advantages and obstacles of housing evolution in Thailand can be adapted for future housing development. The results of this study require knowledge management of evolution of housing development. Therefore, the National Housing Authority by the Department of Housing Development has established a Thailand housing development learning museum project in the form of an on-line virtual museum.
