Abstract

Due to delays in cement grouting of PC strand conduit of external post-tension segmental girder, span 115L and 115R, in the construction project of mass transit system in Bangkok (Red Line) contract 2: civil works for BANGSUE - RANGSIT railway. Grouting must be completed within 20 days after stressing of tendon according to the requirements of the construction project. This causes the uncertainty of the effects of this problem on the girder structure. According to the investigation by Visual Inspection found that the condition of the prestressing steel is also completely free of severe rust so tendons can be grouted without impacting its load carrying capacity of the structures but the operation should be done as soon as possible.

เนื่องจากปัญหาความล่าช้าในการอัดน้ำปูนเข้าไปในท่อรอยลวดอัดแรงของคานคอนกรีตอัดแรงภายนอก ระบบ Segment แบบดึงลวดภายหลัง ในโครงการ THE CONSTRUCTION OF MASS TRANSIT SYSTEM PROJECT IN BANGKOK(RED LINE) CONTRACT 2 : CIVIL WORKS FOR BANGSUE – RANGSIT RAILWAY ช่วง Span 115L และ 115R ซึ่งต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 20 วัน ภายหลังจากที่ทำการดึงลวดอัดแรง ตาม ข้อกำหนดงานก่อสร้างของโครงการ จึงทำให้เกิดปัญหาว่าถ้าทำการอัดน้ำปูนเข้าไปแล้วจะส่งผลกระทบต่อ โครงสร้างหรือไม่ จากการตรวจสอบโดย Visual Inspection พบว่า สภาพของลวดอัดแรงยังสมบูรณ์ปราศจากสนิมขุม สามารถดำเนินการอัดน้ำปูนได้โดยไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการต้านทานน้ำหนักบรรทุกของ โครงสร้างแต่ประการใดทั้งนี้จะต้องดำเนินการโดยเร็วที่สุด
