Abstract

โครงการหน่วยขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมประจำพื้นที่ภาคกลาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบท ชุมชน สถานการณ์ปัญหา และศักยภาพของชุมชนพื้นที่เป้าหมายในเขตภาคกลาง ตลอดจนบ่มเพาะและส่งเสริมเยาวชนและกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจเชิงนวัตกรรมให้สามารถต่อยอดผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมและนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริงในชุมชนเป้าหมาย สร้างเครือข่ายระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมและเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนานวัตกรสังคมและวิสาหกิจเริ่มต้นเพื่อสังคมสำหรับการแก้ไขปัญหาสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนเป้าหมายได้อย่างเป็นระบบ โดยใช้วิธีการดำเนินงานผ่านกระบวนการบ่มเพาะให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาแนวคิดผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมไปสู่ต้นแบบหรือโครงการนวัตกรรมนำร่องเชิงพื้นที่ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมหลัก 2 โครงการ ได้แก่ 1) โครงการบ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจเชิงนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม และ 2) โครงการประกวดผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมของเยาวชน ผลการดำเนินงานทั้ง 2 โครงการ สำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี โดยโครงการบ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจเชิงนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม มีผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 76 ราย มีผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม รวมทั้งสิ้น 11 โครงการ แบ่งเป็น โครงการนวัตกรรมประเภทสิ่งประดิษฐ์ 4 โครงการ โครงการนวัตกรรมประเภทแพลตฟอร์ม 3 โครงการ โครงการนวัตกรรมประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ 3 โครงการ และโครงการนวัตกรรมประเภทแนวคิดหรือกระบวนการ 1 โครงการ ดำเนินการทดลองนำร่องเชิงพื้นที่ รวม 9 จังหวัดในเขตภาคกลาง ได้แก่ กรุงเทพมหานคร นนทบุรี ปทุมธานี ราชบุรี นครปฐม นครสวรรค์ อุทัยธานี สระบุรีและนครนายก และโครงการประกวดผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมของเยาวชนมีเยาวชนเข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 20 ทีม มีผลงานของเยาวชนที่มีศักยภาพให้ได้รับการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 10 โครงการ แบ่งเป็น โครงการนวัตกรรมประเภทสิ่งประดิษฐ์ 6 โครงการ โครงการนวัตกรรมประเภทแพลตฟอร์ม 2 โครงการ โครงการนวัตกรรมประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ 1 โครงการ และโครงการนวัตกรรมประเภทแนวคิดหรือกระบวนการ 1 โครงการ ดำเนินการทดลองนำร่องเชิงพื้นที่ รวม 9 จังหวัดในประเทศไทย ได้แก่ กรุงเทพมหานคร สมุทรปราการ ปทุมธานี สมุทรสงครามนครสวรรค์ ชลบุรี มุกดาหาร สุราษฎร์ธานี และสตูล The objective of Social Innovation Driving Unit Project (Central Area) are to study the community context, to identify situation problem and potential of target communities in the central area, as well as to promoting youth and innovative entrepreneurs to use and expand their contribution to society and target community. Moreover, this project aims to build the social innovation ecosystems and provide guidance for development of social innovators and social start-up enterprises for systematic solving of social and environmental problems in the target community. This project was operated by using the incubation techniques through a consultation process and supporting the development of the concept. It consists of 2 main activities: 1) the social innovative entrepreneurship incubation program and 2) the youth social innovation competition project. The performance of both projects was successfully completed. The social innovative entrepreneurship incubation program have 76 participants, and 11 projects of social innovation were supported, divided into 4 types; 4 invention innovation projects, 3 platform innovation projects, 3 product innovation projects, and 1 concept or process innovation project. There were conducted in 9 provinces in the central area included Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Saraburi and Nakhon Nayok. The youth social innovation competition project, there were 20 teams participated in the project, and 11 projects of social innovation were supported, divided into 4 types; 6 invention innovation projects, 2 platform innovation projects, 1 product innovation project, and 1 concept or process innovation project, and were conducted in 9 provinces in Thailand included Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Samut Songkhram, Nakhon Sawan, Chonburi, Mukdahan, Surat Thani and Satun.
