เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ – โรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาลัยสมบูรณ์กุลกันยา จังหวัดสงขลา

Abstract

โรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาลัยสมบูรณ์กุลกันยา เป็นโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคใต้ เพื่อให้การใช้พลังงานของโรงเรียนฯเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทางโรงเรียนฯได้รับการสนับสนุนเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ประสิทธิภาพสูงจากกองทุนเพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานผ่านกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ในปีงบประมาณ 2560 โดยสำนักงานศูนย์วิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์เป็นที่ปรึกษาโครงการฯ ทางโรงเรียนฯได้ทำการเปลี่ยนเครื่องปรับอากาศไปเป็นเครื่องปรับอากาศประสิทธิภาพสูง (Inverter) จำนวน 46 เครื่อง และเปลี่ยนหลอดไฟประสิทธิภาพสูง LED จำนวน 2,060 หลอด ส่งผลให้โรงเรียนฯ สามารถลดการใช้พลังงานได้ 0.028 ktoe ต่อปี หรือ 333,800 กิโลวัตต์-ชั่วโมงต่อปี (1 กิโลวัตต์-ชั่วโมงต่อปี เทียบเท่ากับ 0.0000852 toe) Hatyaiwittayalai Somboonkulkanya School is a secondary school in the southern of Thailand. In order to promote energy efficiency in government office, this school was support from Energy Conservation Fund via Department of Alternative Energy Development and Energy Conservation in the fiscal year 2017. The Thammasat University Research and Consultancy Institute (TURAC) was the consultant of this project. It had changed 46 pieces of fixed-speed air conditioning system to be inverter air conditioning system and 2,060 pieces of lighting bulbs to be LED lighting system. The energy saving from this project is 0.028 ktoe/year or 333,800 kWh/yr. (1 kWh equivalents to 0.0000852 toe).
