Social Innovation Driving unit เฉพาะด้าน

Abstract

โครงการ Social Innovation Driving Unit ซึ่งสนับสนุนงบประมาณโดยสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ มีระยะเวลาโครงการตั้งแต่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ – 30 กันยายน 2561 รวมระยะเวลา 7 เดือน 16 วัน โดยมีเป้าหมายที่สนับสนุนและบ่มเพาะผู้สนใจในการแก้ไขปัญหาสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม ให้สามารถต่อยอดแนวคิดและ/หรือพัฒนาตัวนวัตกรรมให้ยกระดับในเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม โดยผ่านการจัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการและการให้คำแนะนำ จากการดำเนินการพบว่า กระบวนการบ่มเพาะที่ดีและเหมาะสมสำหรับโครงการนวัตกรรมทางสังคมนั้น จำเป็นต้อง 1) มีระยะเวลาการบ่มเพาะที่นานพอที่จะให้กิจการได้มีโอกาสทดลองความคิดและตลาด เพื่อจะวางแผนต่อยอดงานได้จริง 2) มีระบบการสนับสนุนทั้งงบประมาณเพื่อทดลองความคิด และพื้นที่การทำงานระยะสั้นในช่วงเริ่มต้นงาน 3) ต้องมีการจำแนกกลุ่มผู้สนใจหรือกิจการ ตามระดับการพัฒนา เพื่อให้การออกแบบการบ่มเพาะทำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 4) หน่วยบ่มเพาะ ควรเป็นหน่วยที่ทำหน้าที่ประสานความร่วมมือกับองค์กรทั้งภาคเอกชนและภาครัฐ เพื่อช่วยพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนและระบบการบ่มเพาะให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ซึ่งจะเป็นจริงได้ หน่วยบ่มเพาะควรได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 5) หน่วยบ่มเพาะ ควรกระจายตัวไปในระดับภูมิภาคให้มากขึ้น ซึ่งอาจประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยบ่มเพาะธุรกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย และเครือข่ายสภาหอการค้าในแต่ละจังหวัด เพื่อให้ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสามารถเข้าถึงและใช้ประโยชน์ได้มากขึ้น ซึ่งจะกลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของระบบบ่มเพาะที่สังคมให้กับสังคมในอนาคต

Social Innovation Driving Unit Project is funded by National Innovation Agency. The project duration was 7 months (February – September 2018). The project purpose is encouraging and incubating who has good intentions to solve social problems. Building on their ideas and innovations to social business via workshops and coach. The project found that the best incubation process is suitable for social innovation sub-project should composed 1) there is enough time for new initiators to test idea and market before further expand to the real situation 2) adequate supporting budget, office spaces and coaching during initiating phase 3) the selection process for incubation activities/workshops should classify the target groups by their business’s development 4) besides incubation activities, social innovation driving unit should corporate with other organizations to create “incubation system” and 5) social innovation driving unit should spread out and work closely with “business incubation unit” or center of regional universities and Thai chamber of commerce. They will reach out to the small and community enterprises. In the long term, the incubation unit and system like this should be developed to a part of social innovation incubation system in Thai society.
