พัฒนา Prima ERP by DIP สำหรับ SMEs ไทย ภายใต้ Digital SMEs by DIP

Abstract

ERP DIP for SMEs is a Enterprise Resource Planning software package developed to support Thai SMEs especially those with limited IT budget with simple business process. This ERP system includes the purchasing module, production module, accounting and payment module, as well as a module for document storage. The ERP system is normally used in every business unit to ensure standardization and control to achieve maximum utilization of resources through real-time integration using cloud computing technology. SMEs can choose which module they would like to use to match their needs. If SMEs decide to utilize a more complete package of ERP system, they can also be able to do so with ease by transferring all data to the new system. For this fiscal year’s project, Department of Industrial Promotion aim to have about 100 SMEs to use the system.

การพัฒนาระบบ ERP by DIP สำหรับ SMEs ไทย จะประกอบด้วย ระบบการซื้อ-ขาย, ระบบงานผลิตสินค้า, ระบบบัญชี, ระบบการจ่ายชำระ รวมถึงระบบการจัดเก็บเอกสาร เป็นภาพรวมระบบที่ใช้ในการวางแผนทรัพยากรทางธุรกิจขององค์กรโดยรวมหรืออีกนัยหนึ่ง คือช่วยการบริหารเพื่อให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างสูงสุดของทรัพยากรทางธุรกิจขององค์กรผ่านการบูรณาการ (Integrate) เข้าด้วยกันและสามารถเชื่อมโยง ณ เวลานั้นทันที (Real Time) ด้วยเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้ง ซึ่งแต่ละ SMEs สามารถเลือกใช้ระบบต่างๆ ที่เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ของธุรกิจตนเองในขณะนั้นได้ ซึ่งเมื่อธุรกิจได้ทดลองใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ในโครงการแล้วต้องการจะเข้าสู่ระบบ ERP แบบเต็มที่มีจำหน่ายในตลาดปัจจุบันก็สามารถถ่ายโอนข้อมูลจากโครงการไปใช้งานได้ทันที เนื่องจากข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกออกแบบมาให้เป็นระบบเปิดสามารถใช้งานกับโปรแกรมทั่วไปได้ทันที โดยในปีงบประมาณ 2558 ตั้งเป้าหมายในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนา SMEs เพื่อใช้งานระบบ ERP by DIP จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 100 กิจการ
