บำรุงรักษาระบบและอุปกรณ์ของหน่วยกู้ภัย

Abstract

กองทางหลวงพิเศษระหว่างเมือง (กท.) โดยงานอำนวยความปลอดภัยมีหน้าที่ในการให้บริการผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนบนทางหลวงพิเศษระหว่างเมืองที่ประสบปัญหาไม่ว่าจะในเรื่องของรถเสียหรืออุบัติเหตุ การดำเนินงานของงานอำนวยความปลอดภัยได้มีการนำเอาระบบอำนวยความปลอดภัย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยระบบสารสนเทศ ระบบแผนที่และ GPS เข้ามาช่วยในการบริหารจัดการ และมีการนำเอาระบบติดตามรถยนต์ของทีมกู้ภัยโดยระบบ GPS มาใช้เพื่อติดตามรถกู้ภัย โดยระบบดังกล่าวสามารถที่จะส่งข้อความการขอความช่วยเหลือไปยังหน่วยกู้ภัย และสามารถติดตามการดำเนินงานของการกู้ภัยได้ การนำเอาระบบอำนวยความปลอดภัยและจราจรมาใช้ในการติดต่อประสานงานนั้น ได้ช่วยให้เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถที่จะบันทึกผลการดำเนินการให้ความช่วยเหลือ และการรายงานผลต่อผู้บริหารแบบทันเวลา (Real time) ได้ ในปีงบประมาณที่ผ่านมา กองทางหลวงพิเศษระหว่างเมือง ได้ว่าจ้างที่ปรึกษาเพื่อติดตั้งระบบ GPS และระบบ GPS ดังกล่าวช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการดำเนินงานได้เป็นอย่างดี Intercity Motorway Office is responsible for providing service and safety to road users on Motorway No. 7 and No.9. The safety management system has implemented which consists of information systems, mapping and GPS to help manage motorway incidents such as accident. The GPS tracking system is used to track the rescue vehicle and is able to send a message to the rescue teams. These requests can be monitored and followed up with the operation. Implement safety and traffic systems allows the staffs to record the results of the assistance and to report to the management in time (Real time) in the past fiscal year. Intercity Motorway Division has hired consultants to install GPS and GPS systems to improve the efficiency of operations as well.
