| dc.description.abstract | ปัจจุบันการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทย มุ่นเน้นการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน(Sustainable Development) โดยต้องคำนึงถึงมิติทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ทางสถาบันสิ่งแวดล้อมอุตสาหกรรม สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยจึงพัฒนามาตรฐานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศ (Eco Factory) ขึ้นมา เพื่อให้การรับรองโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ประกอบกิจการโดยคำนึงถึงการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนครอบคลุมทุกมิติ โดยมุ่นเน้นให้โรงงานมีการบริหารจัดการที่ดี มีความปลอดภัย มีการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า ลดการใช้พลังงาน ลดผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมและส่งเสริมให้โรงงานอยู่ร่วมกัน มีความเกื้อกูลกันกับชุมชนรอบข้างและผู้มีส่วนได้เสียโดยรอบ เกณฑ์โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศมีทั้งหมด 14 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1. การใช้วัตถุดิบ 2. พลังงาน 3. การขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์ 4. โซ่อุปทานสีเขียว 5. ภูมิทัศน์สีเขียว 6. การจัดการสารเคมีและวัตถุอันตราย 7. การจัดการน้ำและน้ำเสีย 8. การปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก 9. การจัดการมลภาวะทางอากาศ 10. การจัดการกากของเสีย 11. ความปลอดภัยและสุขภาพของพนักงาน 12. ความหลากหลาย 13. การกระจายรายได้ให้กับชุมชน 14. การอยู่ร่วมกับชุมชนโดยรอบ สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน: ได้เข้าตรวจประเมินมาตรฐานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศของบริษัท กัลฟ์ เจพีเคพี 2 จำกัด วันที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2561 โดยผลการตรวจประเมินโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศของบริษัท กัลฟ์ เจพีเคพี 2 จำกัด คือ ผ่าน การประเมินโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศ มีระดับคะแนนที่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์รับรอง Currently, the development of Thai industry focuses on the sustainable development considering the three aspects: economic, social and environmental aspect for the substantial development. Therefore, The Industrial Environment Institute, The Federation of Thai Industries develops the Eco Factory Standard to certify the factory that operates the business concerning the sustainable development covering all dimensions. The standard emphasizes the factory to have the efficient management system, safety, wisely use the resources, decrease the energy consumption, minimize the impacts on environment, and promote the factory to coexist with the surrounding community and the stakeholders. The criteria for eco factory consists of 14 aspects, which are the use of raw material, energy, transport and logistics, green supply chain, green landscape, chemical substances and hazardous substance management, water and wastewater management, greenhouse gas emission, air pollution management, solid waste management, employee health and safety, diversity, income distribution to the community, and coexistence with surrounding communities. Operational summary: Gulf JP KP 2 Company Limited has been evaluated the eco factory standard on 29 August 2018 and the evaluation result is passed with the qualified score. | th |
