เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ โรงเรียนพิจิตรพิทยาคม จังหวัดพิจิตร

Abstract

โรงเรียนพิจิตรพิทยาคม ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกองทุนเพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ปีงบประมาณ 2560 โดยกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (พพ.) กระทรวงพลังงาน เพื่อดำเนินโครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ มีเป้าหมายที่สำคัญเพื่อให้เกิดการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เพื่อลดการใช้พลังงานในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และเป็นการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้หน่วยงานของรัฐเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ ที่ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างจิตสำนักในการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในองค์กรเพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานของประเทศ ทางโรงเรียนได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของโครงการอันจะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ประกอบกับโรงเรียนมีบุคคลกรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถทางด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงาน โดยเป็นผู้ขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (พพ.) กองทุนเพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน มาเพื่อดำเนินการให้กับโรงเรียนพิจิตรพิทยาคม ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และเป็นการสนับสนุนให้หน่วยงานของรัฐนั้นได้ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานที่เหมาะสมถูกต้อง ทั้งการออกแบบ การติดตั้งเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า ให้กับหน่วยงานตนเองได้ใช้ประโยชน์อย่างเต็มที่ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานให้แก่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ (โรงเรียนพิจิตรพิทยาคม) อีกทั้งยังร่วมขับเคลื่อนและผลักดันแผนพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและพลังงานทางเลือก พ.ศ. 2558-2579 เป็นแหล่งสาธิต ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้แก่ภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน รวมไปถึงภาคประชาชน เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงด้านพลังงาน สามารถลดการนำเข้าพลังงานจากต่างประเทศและลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การดำเนินงานโครงการฯ ทางโรงเรียนได้ดำเนินการปรับเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ประหยัดพลังงานโดยการติดตั้งหลอดไฟ LED แทนหลอดฟลูออเรสเซนต์ จำนวน 1,770 หลอด และติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศประสิทธิภาพสูง (Inverter) แทนเครื่องปรับอากาศชนิดเดิม จำนวน 81 เครื่อง คิดเป็นเงินลงทุน 3,022,000 บาท สามารถประหยัดพลังงานได้ 1,674,985 บาทต่อปี คิดเป็นผลประหยัดพลังงานที่เกิดขึ้นจริง 0.1152 ktoe และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 1.80 ปี Phichit Pittayakom School is sponsored by the 2017 Energy Conservation and Promotion Fund by the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) of the Ministry of Energy to implement energy efficiency enhancement programs in government agencies. There is an important goal to achieve an increase in energy efficiency in government agencies, to reduce energy use in government agencies and promotion supporting government agencies as learning resources that the public can easily access along with creating a mental office to use energy efficiently in the organization to achieve energy security of the country. The school realizes the importance of the project which will be very useful to the government agencies and having personnel that is knowledgeable in increasing energy efficiency. By requesting funding from the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), the Energy Conservation Promotion Fund came to proceed to Phichit Pittayakom School for using technology to increase appropriate energy efficiency and correct the design installation and electrical energy efficiency to fully utilize and increase energy efficiency for government agencies (Phichit Pittayakom School), as well as driving the development of alternative energy 2015-2036 as a demonstration site publicize to government and private sectors including the public sector to create energy security. It can reduce energy imports from foreign countries and environmental impact. The school has adjusted energy-saving devices by installing LED lights instead of 1,770 fluorescent lamps and installing high-efficiency air conditioners (Inverter) instead of the old air-conditioners, totaling 81 units, representing an investment 3,022,000 baht with energy-saving 1,674,985 baht per year ,the actual energy-saving effect of 0.1152 ktoe and a payback period of 1.80 years.
