ศึกษาและจัดทำแผนพัฒนาระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการให้บริการตามมาตรฐานที่ สสปน.

Abstract

1) สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสปน. เป็นหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่มีพันธกิจในการเพิ่มรายได้เข้าประเทศไทย และสร้างศักยภาพทางการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ของไทยสู่การแข่งขันในตลาดโลก โดยหนึ่งในภารกิจของ สสปน. คือ การสนับสนุนแก่หน่วยงานต่างๆ ในการจัดการประชุมการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อเป็นรางวัล และการจัดนิทรรศการในประเทศไทยตามระเบียบคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการว่าด้วยการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ พ.ศ. 2555 2) คำรับรองการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2559 ของ สสปน. ตัวชี้วัดที่ 3.4 ระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานตามขั้นตอนและระยะเวลาการให้บริการมาตรฐานที่ สสปน. ให้การสนับสนุนต่อผู้มาขอรับการสนับสนุนในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2559 ตามระเบียบคณะกรรมการ สสปน. ว่าด้วยการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ พ.ศ. 2555 กำหนดให้ สสปน. จะต้องมีแผนพัฒนาระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการให้บริการตามมาตรฐานปีฯ 60 ที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบจากคณะกรรมการบริหาร ดังนั้น เพื่อให้ สสปน. มีแผนพัฒนาระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อการให้บริการตามมาตรฐานปีฯ 60 ที่มีทิศทางและแนวทางการดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบที่ชัดเจนเป็นรูปธรรม รวมทั้งยังเป็นการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้มาขอรับการสนับสนุนจาก สสปน. ตามระเบียบคณะกรรมการ สสปน. ว่าด้วยการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ พ.ศ. 2555 ได้ดียิ่งขึ้น จึงได้ดำเนินศึกษาและจัดทำแผนพัฒนาระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการให้บริการตามมาตรฐานที่ สสปน. ให้การสนับสนุนต่อผู้มาขอรับการสนับสนุน ปี 2560-2562 Established by Royal Decree in 2002, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (also known as TCEB) is a public organization tasked with promoting and developing business events in Thailand.
