วิเคราะห์โครงสร้างสะพานท่าเทียบเรือของบริษัท เคอรี่ สยามซีพอร์ต จำกัด อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

รายงานฉบับนี้แสดงถึงการวิเคราะห์คำนวณกำลังการรับน้ำหนักสูงสุดสำหรับสะพานในส่วน Approach ในพื้นที่ของ Kerry Siam Seaport โดยโครงสร้างดังกล่าวประกอบไปด้วยสะพานช่วง 25, 30 เมตร และโครงสร้างส่วน Splay Area โดยกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามมาตรฐาน AASHTO ที่ทำให้ Load Rating มีค่ามากกว่า 1.0 น้ำหนักบรรทุกสูงสุดที่โครงสร้างสามารถรับได้ มีค่าเท่ากับ 420 ตันของน้ำหนักทั้งหมดภายใต้รูปแบบรถ SPMT จำนวน 21 เพลา โดยการเคลื่อนผ่านจะต้องเป็นการดำเนินงานด้วย Special limited crossing ที่มีการควบคุมความเร็วและรถร่วมผ่านโครงสร้าง อย่างไรก็ตาม กระบวนการ Inspection และ Monitoring มีความจำเป็นในระหว่างการใช้งานโครงสร้างเนื่องจากน้ำหนักดังกล่าวมีค่าสูงกว่าการใช้งานโดยปกติ The main purpose of this report is to evaluate and clarify the maximum loading capacity of the approach, passing the Phase IV approach structure in Kerry Siam Seaport. The structures consist of 25 m., 30 m. span-bridge and splay area. The structural analysis and evaluation results obtained show that appropriate total load that can maintain Rating Factor > 1.0 should not be more than 420 tons gross-load for 21 axels of SPMT’s configuration. Consider to the permit load conditions, the operating procedures are as follows. • Special limited crossing • Single – Trip • Escorted with no other vehicles on the bridge • Passing at the middle in one-lane • Slow move (< 10 mph), the dynamic load allowance will be eliminated However, inspection and monitoring should be done during the operation due to the load above the specify design.
