พัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปการเกษตรในภูมิภาค OPOAI 4.0 ตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2561

Abstract

ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ขยันกิจประดิษฐกรรม เป็นดำเนินกิจการผลิตพาเลทไม้ จากไม้เบญจพรรณและไม้ ที่ปรึกษาได้เข้าวินิจฉัยสถานประกอบการและจัดทำแผนธุรกิจในอนาคต จำนวน 1 ฉบับ และให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำตามแผนงานการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ประกอบด้วย 4 มาตรการ ได้แก่ 1) ) มาตรการตรวจติดตามปริมาณวัตถุดิบและปริมาณงาน 2) มาตรการตรวจวัดค่าดัชนีเนื้อไม้ในขั้นตอนการเลื่อยไม้ (Wood Index) 3) มาตรการเฝ้าติดตามการใช้ไม้ฟืนและควบคุมอุณหภูมิเตาอบไม้ 4) การจัดทำคู่มือปฏิบัติสำหรับการควบคุมการผลิตและ แผนงานการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยมีผลการดำเนินงานดังนี้ 1) มีการตรวจติดตามปริมาณวัตถุดิบและปริมาณงานโดยใช้ค่าดัชนีเนื้อไม้ 2) นำค่าดัชนีเนื้อไม้ มาใช้ในขั้นตอนการเลื่อยไม้ เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพการเลื่อยไม้ ทำให้ได้เนื้อไม้เพิ่มขึ้น โดยดัชนีเนื้อไม้เพิ่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 49.1 และมีรายได้จากเนื้อไม้ที่เพิ่มขึ้น 9.48 ล้านบาทต่อปี 3) มีระบบการตรวจติดตามอุณหภูมิเตาอบไม้ ด้วยนวัตกรรม iot และระบบ IT ทำให้อุณหภูมิเตาอบเป็นตามมาตรฐาน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการอบไม้ จากเดิม 400 ตัวพาเลท เป็น 600 ตัวพาเลท ระยะเวลาในการอบไม้ลดลง จาก 4-5 วัน เหลือ 3 วัน และการใช้ไม้ฟืนลดลง 4) คู่มือปฏิบัติสำหรับการควบคุมการผลิต และ แผนงานการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 1 ฉบับ

Khayanprakit Partnership Limited produces the wooden pallets from the timberwood. The consultants have diagnosed the establishment, prepared a future business plan, and gave counsel to increase the production efficiency, according to the plan. These are consisted of 4 measures; 1) The measure of monitoring the quantity of raw materials and workloads. 2) The measure of measuring the wood index in its process. 3) The measure of monitoring the use of firewood, and controlling the stove’s temperature. 4) Creating a manual of the production control and the plan of an information technology development. The results are as follows; 1) There is a monitoring of the raw materials and workloads by using the wood index. 2) There are the use of the wood index in a process of sawing wood, to evaluate the efficiency of sawing in order to get more woods. The wood index can be increased by 49.1% and the revenue from wood are increased to 9.48 million baht per year. 3) There is a temperature monitoring system for stoves, using an IoT innovation and IT systems to make the temperature of stoves reaching the standards. The drying efficiency is increased, from 400 pallets to 600 pallets. Pallet-drying time can be decreased, from 4-5 days to 3 days, and the use of firewood is also decreased. 4) There is a manual of the production control and the information technology development plan.
