ส่งเสริม SMEs เข้าสู่ Industry 4.0 ด้วยไอที ภายใต้โครงการพิเศษตามแนวทางที่ 3

Abstract

โครงการส่งเสริม SMEs เข้าสู่ Industry 4.0 ด้วยไอที ภายใต้โครงการพิเศษตามแนวทางที่ 3 มีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ SMEs ในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของ ศูนย์ส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภาคที่ 10 จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม ตามนโยบายของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม (อก.) มุ่งหวังให้ SMEs ให้ปรับตัวมีระบบการบริหารจัดการทันสมัยแบบ Industry 4.0 มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ โดยสำนักงานศูนย์วิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ดำเนินงานโครงการตามจุดประสงค์จนสำเร็จลุล่วง ผลการดำเนินงานบรรลุตามเป้าหมาย ซึ่งได้แก่ ประสิทธิภาพที่เพิ่มขึ้นการประกอบการของ SMEs จำนวน 90 กิจการด้วยระบบไอที สร้าง SMEs ต้นแบบเพื่อกระตุ้นการใช้งานระบบไอทีอย่างกว้างขว้าง และพัฒนาบุคลกรด้านไอที 90 รายเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทยด้วยอัตราส่วนผลตอบแทนจากโครงการเทียบกับการลงทุนโครงการอยู่ที่ 1 : 2.65 โดยประมาณ ทั้งนี้เพราะความร่วมมือจากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในทุกกิจกรรมของโครงการ

The Project is aimed to support and champion local SMEs under the supervision of the Industrial Promotion Center Region 10, Surat Thani, a subsidiary of the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP). Initiated by the Ministry of Industry Thailand, the Project is among the programs and efforts towards modernizing and digitizing indigenous entrepreneurship, equipped with systematic, managerial business tools. Hence, the ultimate goal of the Project is reflected by transcending the participated SMEs toward and beyond the transformative paradigm “Industry 4.0.” In this regard, TU-RAC has successfully implemented the project. For example, 90 SMEs improved their efficiency with IT system, among those were consider to be accelerate IT-adoption among SMEs themselves, and 90 IT paraprofessionals were developed and fed into Thailand’s industry. Moreover, the project proved to economically deliver the return of investment ratio (ROI) at 1 : 2.650 approximately. The achievement was possible thanks to stakeholders’ cooperation upon an array of activities.
