จัดทำยุทธศาสตร์และแผนปฏิบัติการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมระดับภูมิภาค

Abstract

โครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่เกี่ยวกับยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาภาค เมือง และพื้นที่เศรษฐกิจ ตามแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฯ ฉบับที่ 12 และเป็นการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้สอดคล้องกับการปรับบทบาทภารกิจโครงสร้างของกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม ที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์และแผนปฏิบัติการการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมระดับภูมิภาคอย่างมีส่วนร่วมที่ทุกภาคส่วนสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงานที่สอดคล้องในทิศทางเดียวกัน และเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมในการจัดทาแผนยุทธศาสตร์และแผนปฏิบัติการพร้อมทั้งการกำหนดตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จของการดำเนินโครงการ โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 1.) ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์และแผนปฏิบัติการการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมระดับภูมิภาคของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ทั้งในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค 2.) หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม ทั้งในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค ทั้ง 6 ภาค การจัดประชุมนำเสนอผลการศึกษาฯ มาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และสรุปผลออกมาเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 เป็นยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาภาคในช่วงแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ 12 ส่วนที่ 2 เป็นข้อมูลยุทธศาสตร์ กลยุทธ์ และโครงการการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมที่ควรดำเนินงานในแต่ละภูมิภาค จำนวน 6 ภาค ผลลัพธ์ของโครงการคือ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมจำนวน 20 หน่วยงาน สามารถนำยุทธศาสตร์และแผนปฏิบัติการการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมระดับภูมิภาคตลอดจบโครงการที่นำเสนอ ไปใช้ในการจัดทำแผนงานโครงการที่สอดคล้องในทิศทางเดียวกัน และบุคลากรที่ได้รับการอบรมสามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการจัดทำแผนการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมระดับภูมิภาคให้เกิดการเชื่อมโยงกันได้
