กิจกรรมส่งเสริม SMEs ใช้ระบบ ERP by DIP ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพ SMEs ด้วยระบบ Digital

Abstract

กิจกรรม “ส่งเสริม SMEs ใช้ระบบ ERP by DIP” ซึ่งได้จัดต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 2 บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์การดำเนินการ เกิดผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจต่อ SMEs ร่วมโครงการ 40 กิจการ จากนำระบบ ERP by DIP ไปใช้งานสามารถช่วยลดต้นการประกอบการเป็นมูลค่าต่อปีถึง 13,241,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.70 เพิ่มยอดขายหรือเพิ่มกำไรเป็นมูลค่าต่อปีถึง 28,480,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 16.65 ลดขั้นตอนการทำงานในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจที่สำคัญลงร้อยละ 32.81 ลดเวลาที่ใช้ในการทำงานในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจที่สำคัญลงร้อยละ 31.61 และทำให้เกิดการจ้างงานเพิ่มถึง 3,194,000 บาท สรุปผลความคุ้มค่าของโครงการเป็นอัตราส่วน “การลงทุนต่อผลลัพธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจ” อยู่ที่ “1 : 17.38” นั่นคือ ทุกเม็ดเงินลงทุน 1 บาท ก่อเกิดผลลัพธ์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 17.38 บาท อย่างไรก็ดี SMEs ร่วมโครงการมีความเห็นว่าควรเพิ่มเวลาในกิจกรรมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ระบบ ERP by DIP ให้ครอบคลุมประเด็นในภาคการฝึกอบรมและภาคสนาม ถึงแม้ว่าโครงการฯ ในปีงบประมาณ 2560 จบสิ้นลงแล้ว มี SMEs แสดงความสนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการติดต่อคณะทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Consecutively held for the second year, the “Promotion of SMEs Adopting ERP by DIP System” program has continued to archive in exhibiting financial impact from forty small and medium enterprises (SMEs) participating the program. Upon the adoption, total yearly cost saving was THB 13,241,000 (19.70%) and the total yearly revenue increased THB 28,480,000 (16.65%). The workflows and business processes were simplified and reduced by 32.81% and resulted in time-saving by 31.61%. Moreover, the deployment of the system added value, at least THB 3,194,000 by employment contribution, to local labor market with new jobs. In sum, the economic evidence proved the program worth the state investment. The ratio between the governmental spending as the investment in the program and the financial return as the program outcome was 1:17.38; that is, every single baht spent on the program generated at least 17.38 baht. However, the consensus feedback from the participated SMEs was the training and workshop should have been extended to cover critical issues and agendas in implementing and deploying the system. Although this program, initiated in the fiscal year 2560 BE, has already completed, many SMEs have continued to make inquiries and requests upon the program participation and availability.
