กิจกรรมส่งเสริม SMEs ใช้ระบบ ERP by DIP และพัฒนาศักยภาพด้วยระบบรายงานผู้บริหาร (BI) ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพ SMEs ด้วยระบบ Digital ปีงบประมาณ 2559

Abstract

โครงการพัฒนาส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพ SME ด้วย ERP by DIP และด้วยระบบรายงานผู้บริหารมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริม SMEs ใช้ระบบ ERP by DIP ซึ่งเป็นระบบ ERP ที่มีฟังก์ชั่นการใช้งานที่ย่อขนาดจากระบบ ERP ขนาดใหญ่ในปัจจุบัน แต่สามารถใช้งานที่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของ SMEs ขนาดเล็ก (มีข้อจำกัดในการใช้งานในระดับหนึ่ง) และระบบรายงานผู้บริหาร (BI) ที่จะสามารถช่วยธุรกิจในการวิเคราะห์และการวางแผนธุรกิจของผู้บริหารเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการบริหารและจัดการ โดยเป็นการให้บริการผ่าน Cloud Computing ซึ่ง SMEs สามารถใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์โดยไม่ต้องติดตั้งระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ การลงโปรแกรม และการดูแลอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายเองทำให้ช่วยลดต้นทุนในเรื่องของการลงทุนระบบ IT แต่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจเพื่อให้เกิดการใช้ทรัพยากรทางธุรกิจให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดได้ ในปีงบประมาณ 2559 มหาวิทยาลัยได้ดำเนินการส่งเสริมและพัฒนา SMEs เพื่อใช้งานระบบ ERP by DIP เป็นจำนวน 175 กิจการ และใช้ระบบรายงานผู้บริหารจำนวน 50 กิจการ

As Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) continue to play a bigger role in Thailand’s economic growth. Increasing SMEs productivity and competitiveness with the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become an important strategy of Thai government. Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP) has launched such program with objective to boost ICT adoptions of SMEs by providing necessary ICT solutions – Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI), consulting and training services, and subsidy of initial investment. This paper aims to investigate the effect of these strategies on SMEs’ decisions to adopt ICT and examine what influence those decisions. The results show that almost every SMEs are willing to adopt ICT after participating the program with expected benefits of improved productivity and cost reduction. Providing ICT solutions that are simple and cost effective is another important influence. In this 2016 budget year, Thammasat has helped 175 SMEs in using ERP by FIP and 50 SMEs in using Business Intelligence.
