การออกแบบและพัฒนาชุดต้นกำลังเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพรถเข็นผัก

Abstract

เนื่องจากในตลาดค้าส่งขนาดใหญ่ มีการขนส่งผักและผลไม้เป็นจำนวนมากและหนึ่งในวิธีขนส่งที่สำคัญนั้นคือ การใช้รถเข็น รถเข็นสามารถเข้าถึงเกือบทุกพื้นที่ของตลาดและยังสามารถบรรทุกได้มาก ทำให้เป็นที่จำเป็นของตลาดค้าส่ง แต่ด้วยการบรรทุกน้ำหนักที่มากทำให้การขนส่งเป็นไปอย่างยากลำบากและบางครั้งอาจส่งผลอันตราย (บาดเจ็บ) ในขณะปฏิบัติงานได้ จึงทำให้เกิดแนวคิดที่ว่าทำสิ่งประดิษฐ์ที่ช่วยแบ่งเบาภาระของผู้ใช้งานรวมถึงช่วยย่นระยะเวลาในการขนส่ง แต่เนื่องในปัจจุบันรถเข็นที่ใช้นั้นมีอยู่จำนวนมาก การที่จะประดิษฐ์ตั้งแต่ตัวรถเข็นรวมถึงอุปกรณ์เสริมอาจต้องใช้งบประมาณสูง จึงส่งผลให้เกิดแนวคิดที่เป็นชุดติดตั้งเพื่อสามารถใช้งานร่วมกับของเดิมที่มีอยู่ได้ ชุดติดตั้งเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพรถเข็นผัก (Installation kit to enhance potential of Vegetable Cart) เป็นชุดติดตั้งระบบการเคลื่อนที่เพื่อช่วยในการออกตัวและเคลื่อนตัวของรถเข็นที่บรรทุกน้ำหนักประมาณ 1-1.5 ตัน (นำไปติดตั้งของเดิมที่ใช้งานอยู่ได้) ทำให้ผู้รับจ้างเข็นหรือผู้ปฏิบัติงานทำงานได้สะดวกสบาย รวดเร็ว และปลอดภัยขึ้น ยังช่วยย่นระยะเวลาในการขนส่งและเพิ่มอายุงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงานอีกด้วย โดยหลักการทำงานของชุดติดตั้งคือ นำกำลังที่ได้จากมอเตอร์มาขับล้อเคลื่อนที่ผ่านชุดเกียร์อัตราทด 1:6 และควบคุมความเร็วโดยการบังคับตัวควบคุมความเร็วที่มือจับ จากการนำไปทดลองใช้งานจริงผลปรากฏว่าช่วยลดภาระของผู้ใช้งานได้ส่วนหนึ่งโดยช่วยลดในส่วนของการออกแรงลากแต่ยังต้องออกแรงกดรถเข็นลงเพื่อให้รถเข็นสามารถเคลื่อนที่ได้สุดท้ายนี้หวังว่าโครงงานนี้จะสามารถเป็นประโยชน์และได้รับการพัฒนาต่อไปในอนาคต

Generally, we can see transporting activities in many giant wholesale markets, amongst them is in “Talard Simummuang”. The transporting focused here can be carrying vegetables and fruits from the stock to the shop. The main equipment which most of the sellers must have is a “cart” because it can carry lots of food in one trip. The cart used in these giant markets can help the trader to save time and human resources. The researchers found that it is not easy for the workers to use carts to carry heavy or over weight of foods from one place to another, because accidents can occur any time during the work. Therefore, we think forward to develop the cart to overcome this problem. To create a new cart will be more expensive for the trader to invest, so we decided to create additional tool kits that work with the original cart and give a high efficiency. In the end, we came up with a labor-power-saving device that help the user to save their energy. This device focuses on the movement of cart and it is not only help the trader to carry things easier but also save time and avoid accident. From the experiment and adaptation with the real cart in giant wholesale markets, we found that it can be easily used and is very effective. We hope that our research will give beneficial to the others and acquire any development in the future as well.
