| dc.description.abstract | Ministry of Finance formulated a policy designating all state enterprises to apply Economic Value Management (EVM) as a mechanism to develop the efficiency of using resources and increasing the competitiveness of the organizations. Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) has been administered basing on concept of EVM since B.E. 2549. It was found out IEAT highly succeeded in using EVM to analyze investment projects in terms of value driven approach, business plan and budget. The result reflects that value driven diagram was able to use as an effective tool for decision analysis to get value added for the organization. | en |
