การประเมินผลลัพธ์จากการดำเนินงานของโครงการการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ (พชอ.)

Abstract

โครงการประเมินผลลัพธ์จากการดำเนินงานของโครงการการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ (พชอ.) นี้มีระยะเวลาในการศึกษาจำนวน 24 เดือน ตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2563 ถึงเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2565 โดยโครงการประเมินนี้มีการดำเนินโครงการเป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้ระหว่าง สสส. และคณะผู้วิจัย ซึ่งคณะผู้วิจัยได้ทำการประเมินผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของโครงการ พชอ. สำเร็จลุล่วงตามเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ทั้งนี้ข้อมูลความก้าวหน้าของโครงการในแต่ละเดือนสามารถศึกษาได้จากบทที่ 4 ของรายงานฉบับสมบูรณ์ และข้อมูลการประเมินผลลัพธ์นี้สามารถศึกษาได้จากบทที่ 5 บทที่ 6 บทที่ 7 บทที่ 8 และบทที่ 9 ของรายงานฉบับสมบูรณ์ นอกจากนี้โครงการการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ (พชอ.) ยังได้จัดเวทีสะท้อนผลข้อมูลการประเมินของโครงการทั้งในระดับภูมิภาค ระดับประเทศ และยังได้จัดเวทีพัฒนาศักยภาพคณะกรรมการพชอ. บนฐานข้อมูลการประเมิน รวมถึงคณะผู้วิจัยยังได้พัฒนาสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ (1) คู่มือเครื่องมือที่ใช้เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการ พชอ. และวีดิโอประกอบ (2) สื่อสะท้อนข้อมูลผลการประเมินและผลการถอดบทเรียน จากโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ (พชอ.) และ (3) สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์แบบสรุปแนวทางการดำเนินงานเพื่อเสริมศักยภาพการดำเนินโครงการพชอ.

The Operational Assessment Project of the District Quality of Life Development Project has a study period of 24 months, from October 2020 to September 2022. This assessment project is carried out in accordance with the plan between the Thai Health Promotion Foundation and the research team. The research team has assessed the results of the project, and the project has successfully achieved the goals and objectives of the project. The progress of the project each month can be found in Chapter 4 of the complete report. And the information for evaluating this outcome can be found in Chapter 5, Chapter 6, Chapter 7, Chapter 8, and Chapter 9 of the Complete Report.

In addition, The Operational Assessment Project of the District Quality of Life Development Project has also organized a forum to reflect the results of project assessments at both regional and national levels; on the assessment database. Moreover, the research team has developed 3 publications, namely (1) a manual, a tool used to enhance the performance of the committee, and accompanying video, (2) media reflecting the results of the assessment and the results of the lessons learned from the project to improve the quality of life at the district level, and (3) a publication of a summary of operational guidelines to enhance the capacity of the NPC project.
