สำนักงานกองทุนพัฒนาเอสเอ็มอีตามแนวประชารัฐได้ตระหนักถึงการดำเนินการให้สอดคล้องต่อพระราชบัญญัติการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 จึงได้ดำเนินการประเมินช่องว่างของการดำเนินงานในปัจจุบันกับสิ่งที่ต้องดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 จากนั้นจึงได้ดำเนินการให้ทุกกระบวนการสอดคล้องต่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย อีกทั้งสำนักงานกองทุนพัฒนาเอสเอ็มอีตามแนวประชารัฐยังได้ทำการประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมภายในเกี่ยวกับธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูลเพื่อวางแผนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานทางด้านธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูลซึ่งต้องดำเนินการต่อไปอนาคต -
